About the founder
IRINA SHTELMAH
I ended up in the world of fashion retail quite by accident.
Having visited the fashion show of a famous Russian designer, I wanted to continue my further career in the fashion business. I gave up a promising career in specialized education
in Tourism, and didn’t regret it at all. And then it started spinning and spinning - retail chains, collaborations with clothing brands, franchising, start-up projects, collection development, assortment matrices... and production, production...
I opened my first store as a full-cycle project job at the age of 20. After remote collaboration with numerous clothing and footwear manufacturers, the decision came to emigrate from Moscow to Istanbul. Having expanded my capabilities by studying the local language, I was able to combine personal experience and colossal production capabilities, which are always in demand on the world market. To this day, I help brands and clothing and shoe stores, advise entrepreneurs, delving into each project as if it were my own business. That’s how the idea came to create Guru Retailer..
